How is CEP organized |
The Civil Emergency Planning System (SNPCE) presents the following structure:

National Council for the Civil Emergency Planning (CNPCE) |

Emergency Planning – sectorial (CEP) |
| |
|

Sectorial Planning Boards and Committees |
| |
| The CNPCE is an umbrella organisation, which powers are basicaly: |

| • |
To support the Government in the definition of the national policy for the Civil Emergency Planning; |
| |
|
| • |
To establish action parameters and create guidelines; |
| |
|
| • |
To monitor, coordinate and supervise the development of the working plans of the Planning Boards and Committees |
| |
|
| • |
To ensure and guide the national participation in the PCE and NATO bodies. |
| |
